Four members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club who stand accused of an assault that left a former Pagan with a traumatic brain injury considered plea deals Tuesday.
Seven men were charged with entering the Slovak Club in Charleroi on April 18 and attacking former Pagan Troy Harris.
Of that group, two have accepted plea deals — Corey Volk, who was sentenced to seven to 14 years in prison on charges of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault; and Josh Pagliei, who was sentenced to three to six years on one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
Assistant District Attorney Jason Walsh said the remaining five men have been extended plea deals as well.
Four of them discussed those deals during pre-trial conferences before Washington County Judge John DiSalle Tuesday afternoon.
