Rose J. DiGregorio, 90, of Monessen, died Tuesday Nov. 19, 2019 at her home. She was born on Sept. 14, 1929 in Carroll Township, the daughter of the late Pietro and Filomena Damiani D’Amico. Rose grew up in the Cracker Jack section of Carroll Township and was a 1947 graduate of Monongahela High School. Years ago she worked at Combustion Engineering and later as a seamstress at Charland Sportswear. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church and its Epiphany Ladies. Rose was a dedicated volunteer for St. Vincent de Paul Store in Monessen. She was devoted to her family and loved to cook and bake for them. Rose enjoyed spending time in her garden growing beautiful flowers. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Delfo A. DiGregorio; two daughters, Loreen D. (Fred) Wilkins of Pepperell, Mass., Roseanne Zedar of Stow, Ohio; four grandchildren, Julia and Michael Wilkins, and Blake and Anna Zedar; a brother, Robert (Tina) D’Amico of New Eagle; and by nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Nick D’Amico. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. Services will be held beginning with a 9:30 a.m. blessing in the funeral home on Saturday, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Epiphany Church, 44 Pennsylvania Blvd. Monessen, with Father Joel Boco officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The following services will be held in the funeral home on Friday: Epiphany Ladies Prayer Service 3 p.m., Knights of Columbus No.954 Prayer Service 7 p.m. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
