White Oak Mayor Ina Jean Marton reminded residents at Monday’s council meeting that the borough’s Season of Lights Celebration will be held Saturday.

A pancake and sausage brunch with Santa will be held for children at the Rainbow Volunteer Fire Company from 2 to 4:45 p.m. Children under 16 will be admitted for free. Those 17 and older can pay $2 to eat.

During the brunch, kids will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa, win prizes, listen to live music and go home with a goodie bag.

At 6 p.m., Santa and the winner of the borough’s coloring contest will light the holiday tree at the fire department.
