Jefferson Hills residents will soon see new pavilions located throughout the borough’s parks.
The question is, who will build them?
At its public meeting Monday night, Jefferson Hills Council unanimously approved the purchase of a 16-by-40-foot pavilion kit from Indianola-based Jeffrey and Associates to replace the small shelter at the borough’s 885 Andrew Reilly Memorial Park.
The cost of the kit is $16,118.
The small shelter will be the first pavilion to be replaced, and the current small shelter at 885 Park could be demolished before winter.
