Frances Moore – Belle Vernon
Frances Moore, 61, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019. A daughter of the late Thomas E. and Norma Jean Sethman Seibert, she was born on April 3, 1958, in North Charleroi. Having lived in Belle Vernon most of her adult life, Frances was a member of Lynnwood Lutheran Church, the Belle Vernon American Legion and the Fayette Rod and Gun Club. She had been employed by Giant Eagle in Carroll Township for many years. Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Thomas E. Moore; a step-daughter, Michelle (Chad) Smith of South Carolina; two stepsons, Christopher (Patty) Moore of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Eric Moore of Monessen; and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Pam Harvey and Sheila Carocci. There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
