Although Frazier and Beth-Center were both out of playoff contention in Friday’s regular season finale, tthe Commodores had two things left to fight for — pride and revenge.

Last season, the Bulldogs eliminated Frazier from the postseason with a 36-0 rout at home.

Behind the playmaking of Kenny Fine, the Commodores tallied 12 unanswered points and left with a 19-18 triumph on senior night.

“What a Friday night,” Frazier coach Greg Boggs said. “Our kids just continued to fight the whole game. We didn’t have a lot going for us in that first half, but we just stuck with our game plan. We made the most of our chances in the second half and Kenny Fine made a lot of impactful plays for us late.”
