William Ray Coulter – Monongahela

William Ray Coulter, 37, of Monongahela, Forward Township, died unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019, at Washington Hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1982, in Wheeling, W.Va., the son of Thomas C. and Beverly Miller Coulter who survive and reside in Monongahela. Bill was a Ringgold High School graduate, Class of 2000. He enjoyed traveling, being outdoors and was very artistically talented. Bill was a kindhearted man who would do anything for anyone who needed his assistance. In addition to his parents, Bill is survived by two sons, Tyler and Riley Coulter of Forward Township; two brothers, Thomas (Maggie) Coulter Jr. of Douglasville, Ga., Matthew Coulter of Monongahela; maternal grandparents, Arthur “Jr.” and Virgie Miller of Weirton, W.Va.; nephew, Logan Coulter; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marion and Fay Coulter. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, with the Rev. William Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, PA 15063 to help with funeral expenses.
