Monicca R. Ramsey Perry-Lee, 50, died Oct. 2, 2019, at Donnell House in Washington, Pa. She lost her short battle with cancer. Monicca is survived by her mother, Peggy Sechrist Ramsey Stover and stepfather Thomas Stover Sr., of Daisytown; son, Bruce H. Perry, stationed in Arizona; estranged husband, Aaron Lee; two sisters, Yolanda Roach and Shesha Allison; two brothers, Scott and Joshua Acton; stepbrother, Thomas Stover Jr.; three children raised by her mother, Jeremy, Adrian and Sarah; her niece and nephew, Jahnai Edwards and Jahlik Holman of Las Vegas, Nev.; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, James J. Ramsey of Wickhaven; sister, Christina Sechrist Edwards; grandparents, Drexell and Ethel Ramsey of Whitsett, Pa., and David and Lucille Sechrist of Dawson, Pa. Monicca was born on March 25, 1969, in Mt. Pleasant. She graduated from Belle Vernon High School and Douglas Business School. Everyone will remember her as a kind-hearted person who loved to leave others with a smile. She was passionate about her love of music and the Lord and she attended many local churches. A memorial to celebrate her life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 46 Zion St., Daisytown.
