Holzer, Jaguars trick South Park, 7-1

When South Park scored a third of the way through the second period to cut Thomas Jefferson’s lead to 2-1, the Jaguars did not fret or panic.
The Jaguars knew they were playing too well to lose and not win. The dam ended up breaking as TJ scored five unanswered goals the rest of the way, including four in the third period, to notch a 7-1 victory in a PIHL matchup against South Park Monday at the Ice Castle in Castle Shannon.
“The constant pressure that we kept up on them to give them no breaks and to keep putting pucks on net, I knew sooner or later some of them were going to go in,’” said Thomas Jefferson coach Bill Crousey.
“Quality chances, sooner or later are going to go in, I don’t care who you’re playing against, you can’t stop them all.”
