Tigers pounce on Indians, 50-0

On a day when McKeesport crowned a new homecoming king and queen, the Tigers’ old school offense went medieval on visiting Indiana.
McKeesport’s defense held the Indians to just one first down and only 38 yards of total offense in a 50-0 nonconference victory Saturday afternoon at George L. Smith Field.
The Tigers’ defense also forced two turnovers, one of which was returned for a touchdown in the second quarter.
Both McKeesport (5-2) and Indiana (1-6) have similar offensive strategies, which is just perfect for Tigers’ head coach Matt Miller.
