Linda Marie Campana – formerly of Monessen

Linda Marie Campana, 89, formerly of Monessen, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, in Jefferson Hospital. She was born on Nov. 12, 1929, in Fara San Martino, Chieti, Italy, the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Consulina Alleva D’Urbano. Mrs. Campana came to the United States in the 1960s and resided in Monessen where she was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper J. Campana; a brother, Tonio D’Urbano; and by two sisters, Marie Ranalli and Annina Miscione. She is survived by her son, Jasper I. (Lynn) Campana of East Berlin, Pa.; a daughter, Consuela (Robert Astle) Campana of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Viola Luberti and Elsie Sciarra both of Italy; three grandchildren, Conner, Cameron and Carly Campana; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. & CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, beginning with a 9 a.m. blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 44 Pennsylvania Blvd., Monessen, with Father Elmer Alforque officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery, Monessen. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
