Jacqueline Marie Farmer Williams, 60, Monessen, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, in OHSU Hospital in Portland, Ore. Born April 21, 1959, in Monessen, she was a daughter of Thomas L. Farmer Sr. and the late Lily Jane Farmer. Jacqueline was a culinary artist and a seeker of adventure living in many places including Monessen. She was famous for her rolls and other delicious creations. She is preceded in death by second mother, the Reverend Wilda P. Windom Farmer; and sister, Latanya Windom. In addition to her father, survivors include her son, Leon S Battiste; two brothers Thomas L. Farmer Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif., and Aaron Windom of Houston, Texas; sisters, Pamela T. Farmer of Pittsburgh, Jacquelyn Gunnell and Norronda (Edgar) Jones of Monessen; an aunt, Ida Mae Farmer Allums of Monessen; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, at Christian Life Ministries, 1201 Patton Ave., Monessen, PA 15062, with the Reverend Evelyn Robison officiating.
