Belle Vernon Area boys soccer coach Rob Miele was curious about what version of his team would show up for a Section 3-3A showdown with Trinity Thursday.
The one that came out flat and showed a less-than-ideal effort in a win over Uniontown Tuesday, or the team chomping at the bit for the chance to prove why it sits atop the section standings?
Unfortunately for Miele, he watched his Leopards struggle in a 7-0 loss to the Hillers that put an end to BVA’s 11-game winning streak.
