McKeesport squashes Plum behind Robinson’s 7 TDs

Devari Robinson put on a show for McKeesport fans on the road against Plum Friday night. 

The McKeesport quarterback ran for five touchdowns, threw for another and returned a punt 91 yards for a score in the Tigers’ 62-40 victory over the Mustangs in Class 5A Big East Conference play. 

Robinson ran for scores of 68, 15, 4, 1 and 44 yards, while throwing for a 32-yard touchdown to Vernon Andrews. He carried the ball 23 times for 173 yards and compiled 42 yards on three completions. 

Andrews and Tyron Adams-Wagner ran for 82 and 60 yards, respectively, in the victory.
