EF bus contract deadline extended

An Allegheny County judge initially gave Elizabeth Forward School District and PA Coach Lines three weeks to reach an agreement, but that order has been extended.
In August, Judge Christine Ward ordered the bus company to provide transportation to district students until Sept. 13 as the district and bus company worked out a new contract.
No deal has been reached.
Last Wednesday, according to Superintendent Dr. Todd Keruskin, the Civil Division of county court ordered the bus company to continue with the current transportation arrangements until the court orders otherwise.
