Donald James Schultz, 32, of Washington Township, Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born July 21, 1987, in Fountain Valley, Calif., son of Yvonne Ward Cochran. Donnie was a 2006 graduate of Belle Vernon Area. He was employed at US Steel Clairton Works. Donnie loved baseball and was an avid Pirates fan and enjoyed watching all Pittsburgh sports teams. He especially enjoyed coaching his children in their youth sports programs. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Yvonne and Matt Cochran of Fairhope, Belle Vernon; daughter, Addison Schultz; son, Carter Schultz; fiancée, Lachelle Skinta; brother, Kenneth Schultz; stepson, Michael Skinta; stepdaughter, Serena Skinta; aunt and uncle, Donna and Alan Cabin; and cousin, Rachel Cabin. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, at Eley-McCrory Funeral Home Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com.
