Joshua Adam Cole – Monongahela

Joshua Adam Cole, 39, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Monday, Sept. 9, 2019. He was born April 26, 1980, in Monongahela, the son of Virginia “Ginny” Healey Cole who survives and resides in Monongahela and the late Jack A. Cole, Sr. Josh was a 1998 graduate of Ringgold High School. While in high school, he was employed at J. Michael’s Buffet in Monongahela until it’s closing and then went on to work at Rose Glass Block in Donora. Josh loved to cook and had formerly cooked at Ten Penny, the Social House and Poros, all restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Currently, he was an independent truck driver for Amazon. Josh loved spending time with his daughter, Kendall. They enjoyed walks in Mingo Park, roller skating and playing games. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, especially his neighbors, where he spent his time helping with their painting, grass cutting and anything else they were in need of. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Kendall Cole; two brothers, Jack (Robin) Cole Jr. of Monongahela, Sean (Denise) Cole Sr. of North Charleroi; nieces and nephews, Ashley (Brian) Fisher, Sean Cole Jr., Kyrsten, Sydney and Eli Cole; great-nieces, Valyn and Briley; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, 2019, at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Woomer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Frye Funeral Home Inc. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.fryefuneralhome.com.
