Alleged party host to stand trial

A Rostraver Township man accused of throwing a Memorial Day party at his home that allegedly included underage drinkers was ordered to stand trial on charges related to the case Monday.
Andrew Temoshenka, 51, of Rostraver Road was held for court on one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to minors by Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner.
Temoshenka will face formal arraignment Nov. 13 in front of Judge Christopher Feliciani in Westmoreland County Court.
Four of the seven people charged in relation to the party have had their preliminary hearings so far.
