Peggy Ann Kelshian, 73, California, Pa., died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019. She was born Monday, June 3, 1946, in Granville, Pa., daughter of the late George Santo and Wanda Molish Santo. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by two brothers, John Santo and Robert Kelshian. Left to cherish her memory are daughter and son-in-Law, Michelle and Pete Plutch of East Millsboro; her sister, Dorothy DeAngelo of Denbo Heights; and her brother and sister-in-law, George and Olga Santo of Granville, Pa. Also surviving are three grandchildren. Pete Plutch, Jr., Lucas Plutch and Heather Plutch; and her great-grandson, Brixton Plutch. Friends will be received in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth St., California, Pa., from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, and until 11 a.m. Monday when a blessing service will be held in the funeral home with Father Don Chortos, officiating.
