Longtime local chef to run Duke’s Restaurant kitchen

After 24 years in the food service industry, Matt Stefanick longed to run his own show as a chef.

That day has come for the 40-year-old Belle Vernon resident.

Stefanick has been named head chef for Duke’s Restaurant and Lounge in the Clarion Inn, Rostraver Township.

Stefanick is excited to return to a site where his cooking career began.
