Monongahela resident accused of making threats to neighbors

A Monongahela man is accused of making terroristic threats to at least three of his neighbors last week.
Edward John Poroda Jr., 60, of Young Street is charged with four counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, three counts each of harassment and disorderly conduct and one count of resisting arrest.
Police said they were dispatched to Young Street for a report of multiple neighbors being threatened around 11 a.m. Thursday.
Three witnesses told police that Poroda was causing a disturbance.
