AMD’s Guidone named Grebb League girls MVP

Ashley Guidone meant a lot to AMD Industries’ success this summer.
The Thomas Jefferson senior was a consistent offensive catalyst for head coach Bria Rathway’s team, which claimed a runnerup finish in the J. Budd Grebb Memorial Summer Basketball League’s girls division after suffering a 29-21 loss to Dax Thomas State Farm Wednesday night.
Considering the leadership and consistency she provided her team all season long, it’s no surprise why Guidone earned league Most Valuable Player honors Wednesday.
