Lois J. Widmer Henry, 69, of New Eagle, passed on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Feb. 18, 1950, in New Eagle, daughter of the late John and Eva Spencer Widmer. She was the wife of the late Sam F. Henry; mother of Barbara Lupori, James Bradshaw, Charles (Lana) Burgess, Robert (Laura) Burgess, Jennifer (Todd) Raymond and Willa (Robert) Pawlak; grandmother of 23, great-grandmother of 10; sister of Randy (Susan) Widmer, Dennis (Diane) Widmer, John (Georgette) Widmer and Valerie Vance. Several nieces and nephews also survive and her special friend, Diane Anders, who cared for her. Lois loved to crochet, watch the sunsets and the Wizard of Oz and loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Friends welcome at WILLIAM A. BAUTZ FUNERAL HOME, 139 Main St., New Eagle, 724-258-8190, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday where a funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
