Teen is charged with raping 14-year-old

An 18-year-old McKeesport resident who was staying at Auberle is in Allegheny County Jail after allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy.
The alleged victim told his mother he was sexually assaulted by Dominik James Clemens of Hartman Street, who identifies as Sierra Dominik, an affidavit of probable cause states.
McKeesport Detective Schelley Gould wrote in an affidavit that the suspect identifies as both a male and female and is “a hermaphrodite.”
The Mon Valley Independent does not identify victims in alleged sexual assault cases.
The alleged victim was taken to UPMC McKeesport on Monday for an examination and was later transported to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for further evaluation and treatment.
