Ringgold School Board hired a new superintendent last year and she hit the ground running, bringing in new ways to look at education.

Superintendent Megan Marie Van Fossan brought her experience in implementing the Universal Design for Learning with her to Ringgold. UDL is a framework to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn.

Professional Learning Facilitator Deb Coppula and Director of Curriculum Shannon Crombie led the first-ever camp, which was held over three weeks.
