Luke Wyvratt continued his Grebb League dominance Tuesday, pouring in 32 points and notching 20 rebounds to lead Union Cleaners to a 87-43 win in the opening game at California Area Middle School.
Wyvratt proved that his 52-point performance last week was not a fluke as the Ringgold senior led his Union Cleaners squad to an easy victory for their second win of the season.
“You know, I just started working out a lot and getting into better shape. I go to the gym everyday, get shots up, lift a lot, get stronger, and am in better shape all together,” said Wyvratt. Of his 32 points, nearly all were on transition layups, beating his matchup down the floor.
Wyvratt praised his high school coaches, Phil Pergola and Bruno Pappasergi.
“I get a lot of time in the gym with my coaches, they’re always helping me with my post moves, critique them and just do a great job at teaching me what to do,” he added.
