Barry Jo Snyder – Monessen

Barry Jo Snyder, 56, of Monessen, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019, at his home. He was born in Monongahela on April 23, 1963, a son of the late William C. Snyder and Mary Benyak Snyder, who survives. He was a graduate of Monessen High School and Penn Technical Institute with an associate degree in special technology. Barry was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Barry enjoyed electronics, computers, working on automobiles, car racing and aviation. In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers and sisters, Dr. William C. (Rebecca) Snyder, Sandee S. (Roderick) Lalley, Robert M. (Maryanne) Snyder and Nancy S. (Rick) Rodriguez; and nieces and nephews, Chad Holden, Leighann Smith, Rachael Rodriguez, Kyle Rodriguez and Bill V. Snyder. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be conveyed to the Snyder family at www.rhomefuneralhome.com.
