Robert E. “Bruno” Metz, 48, of Republic, formerly of Fayette City, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019, from injuries sustained as a result of a motorcycle accident. A son of the late Michael Metz and Evelyn Yates Metz who survives and resides in Fayette City, he was born in Mt. Pleasant on Oct. 31, 1970. Robert was protestant by faith, a talented tattoo artist and a musician who enjoyed playing guitar. He was a member of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club, Fayette City Chapter, and a former member of the Vandal’s Motorcycle Club.   In addition to his mother, survivors include his significant other, Sarah McGee, her daughter Evelyn, and a child “on the way,” Veronica Lorraine; one son and daughter-in-law, Robbie and Alanna Metz of Clarksburg, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Theodore and Elliott Metz and Jeremiah Roberts and Melanie White, whom he loved as his own; three sisters and brother-in-laws, Lori and Brian Shrader of Rostraver Township, Darlene and Tim Cathers of Wall, and Angie and Buddy Winchester of Perry, Fla.; a brother, Michael Metz of Perry, Fla.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Paul Cope officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
