A Donora man charged following a string of burglaries at local businesses last year is facing new charges after allegedly retaliating against a victim involved in the case.

James Hough, 50, of Thompson Avenue is charged with harassment and retaliation against a witness or victim.

Charges were filed Monday with Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson in Monongahela.

Donora police said the victim, Angela McDonough, was driving in the 600 block of Thompson Avenue in the borough when she was spotted by Hough, who is out on $5,000 bond in Washington County as he awaits a plea court hearing at 11 a.m. July 12 before Judge Gary Gilman in Washington County Court.
