Kaitlyn E. “Moe” Rosensteel, 18, Donora, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Born in Monongahela, on Oct. 6, 2000, she was a daughter of Edward J. and Shelley Hatalowich Rosensteel. Moe absolutely loved to play soccer. She has been playing since she was 5 years old and usually played defender. She was part of the Beadling Soccer Club, Ringgold Soccer team and while at Greensburg Central Catholic with her sister Keli, they won a WPIAL title and were a runner-up the following year. Kaitlyn loved the outdoors, especially fishing and going to the beach. She also had a passion for interior design. In addition to her parents, Ed and Shelley, Kaitlyn is survived by her sister, Keli, and brother, Clayton, both of Donora; her paternal grandparents, Edward W. and Elizabeth Mary Rosensteel; and maternal grandparents, Cathy and Keith Seibert and Bill and Wendy Hatalowich. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2019, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Valley Parish.
