Gregory Lee Lemley, 57, of Marietta, Ga., formerly of Belle Vernon, died Friday, May 24, 2019. Born in Mt. Pleasant on Oct. 10, 1961, he was the son of Patricia A. McGarvey Lemley, who survives and resides in Belle Vernon, and the late Glen L. Lemley Sr. Gregory was a commercial artist and was part of the marketing team for Home Depot, where he had many friends. He loved photography and enjoyed following the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Glen (Joanne) Lemley Jr. of Van Meter and Grant Lemley of Belle Vernon; sister, Deirdre Naylor of Belle Vernon; nephews, Jeff Lemley, Dalton Naylor and Cole Naylor; nieces, Lacey (Chris) Trenk, Brittany Naylor and Chelcie (Aaron) Naylor; great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon, Holden and Brooklynn; stepdaughter, Kimberly Peterman and her mother, Bonnie; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and his beloved companion and dog, Simba. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Scott Naylor. On behalf of the entire Lemley family, we would like to thank the Stump Family for the respectful and dignified manner in which they handled the arrangements for Gregory.
