Rostraver home up for auction — starting bid is $1.95 million

A home in Rostraver Township is up for auction today by Chartwell Real Estate Auctions, with the first bid starting at $1.95 million.
Located at 621 Vale Vista Court, the 16,000-square-foot house was built on 11.8 acres of land in 2010, featuring six bedrooms, a separate entertainment area with a small theater, two full-size kitchens, an in-ground pool and a driveway large enough for more than 50 vehicles.
“It’s one of the most amazing houses I’ve ever seen,” said Michael Berland, principal and managing director at Hanna Commercial.
Owned by Donald and Gloria Ivill, the auction is an alternative marketing technique, Berland said.
