Richard H. Carlson, 73, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019.  He was born June 18, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, and was the son of the late Howard and Anna Ruscin Carlson. He was the husband of the late Beverly “Cooki” Rachocki Carlson, who passed away Dec. 26, 2015. Rich was a retired team leader at the former General Motors Fisher Body plant in West Mifflin. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Laurel (John Scagline) St. John of Elizabeth Township; stepson, Scott (Amy) St. John of Cleveland, Ohio; granddaughter, Natalie St. John; brothers, Howard (Laura Nimeth) Carlson, John Carlson and Carl (Dianne) Carlson of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister-in-law, Carol Carlson of Hilliard, Ohio; and nieces. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Carlson. Per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
