Trudie Ann Kearns – Donora

Trudie Ann Kearns, died on Friday, June 7, 2019, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Donora on June 18, 1936. the daughter of the late William and Mary Tener Supp. Trudie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother who loved spending time with her family and friends. Her family looked forward to traditional home-cooked holiday meals at her home, where she would host the family gatherings. She was a member of Our Lady of the Valley parish in Donora. Trudie was a member of the BON Card Club from 1960 to 2006. She was a longtime member and officer of the Donora Forecast Club. She enjoyed spending time in Myrtle Beach, golfing, playing cards and reading. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two siblings, Joseph Supp and Dolores Veschio. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Edward J. Kearns Sr.; three children, Edward Jr. (Judy) Kearns of Atlanta, Ga., Cheryl (David Anielewski) Maise of Rostraver Township and Cindy (Scott) McClintock of Rostraver Township; seven grandchildren, Justin (Carey) McClintock, Scott (fiancée, Krystal) McClintock, Briana (Michael) Jurcevich, Tom (Amanda) Maise Jr., Nick Maise, Ashley (Matthew) Sutton and Stephen Kearns; seven great-grandchildren, Grace, Scott, Beau, Mila, Cora, Logan and Kaley; a brother-in-law, Ralph Veschio of Donora; a sister-in-law, Dolores Supp of Baldwin; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be sorely missed by her beloved dog, Toby. Per Trudie’s request, visitation and services were private. Interment took place in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
