Charleroi fields parking, speeding complaints

Charleroi has a variety of problems on its hands.

During a workshop meeting Wednesday, council heard from residents with concerns regarding parking, speeding and feral cats in the borough.

Jody Sinagra said she has lived in the 500 block of Sixth Street for nearly a decade.

“In all the time I have lived there, we have never had a problem with (parking) tickets,” Sinagra said.
