Doris Williams Cochenour – Patterson Hill

Doris Williams Cochenour, 81, of Patterson Hill, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Townview Health and Rehabilitation in Canonsburg. A former employee of Big Boys in Monongahela, she worked with her husband, Robert, in his endeavors as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Mon Valley Red Hatters. Born Sept. 18, 1937, in Monongahela, she was a daughter of the late Gomer and Leah Livemont Williams and wife of the late Robert Duane Cochenour. She is survived by sons, John (Onilee) Rosensteel of Monongahela and David Divins of Finleyville; daughters, Pam (James) Denny of Houston, Bobbi (the late William) Snyder of Elizabeth Township, Lori Forkey of Moon Township, and Shelly (Rick) Cameron of Monongahela; grandchildren, Natalie, Holly, Richie, Timothy, Candice, Adam, William, Joshua, Taylor, Jacob, Richelle and Carrie Ann; great-grandchildren, Devin, Nina, Levi, Gracie and Jackson. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Jerry “Scroogie” Divins; brothers, Robert, James and Gomer Williams; and sister, Donna Towner. No visitation is planned. A memorial service will take place at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2019, in the Monongahela Cemetery Chapel with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements by PAUL E.
