Heart of Commodores vows to bounce back

It was a different feeling this time around.

As Laurel celebrated the second of its back-to-back WPIAL Class 2A championships, Frazier looked one once again as the runner-up.

But this time, no tears. In fact, smiles and laughter filled the mouths of the Commodores as they received their silver medals and second-place trophy. 

Maybe it’s because they’ve been in the WPIAL championship game three times, but the ‘Dores were in good form following the 9-3 loss to Laurel in the rematch of the 2018 title tilt.
