A West Brownsville man accused of fleeing the scene after striking a man riding a motorcycle on the Charleroi-Monessen Bridge earlier this month will stand trial in Washington County Court.
Tanner J. Boyle, 39, of Wilson Road waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault, accidents involving death or injury while not licensed, aggravated assault by vehicle, intent to possess a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid, failure to notify police of an accident and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He appeared Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins in Charleroi.
Boyle returned to Washington County Correctional Facility after his bail was denied, according to online court records.
