Norma Jean Ournac Krett, 88, of Belle Vernon, formerly of North Charleroi, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at her home. Born Oct. 18, 1930 in North Charleroi, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Felix and Aleda Bourbouse Ournac. A resident of Belle Venron for the past 38 years, Mrs. Krett was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church and was a retired customer service representative from PNC Bank, Charleroi. Norma was also an avid dog lover and enjoyed spending time with her grandson. She is survived by her three children, Jeffrey M. Krett and wife Mary T. of Rostraver Township, Joel M. Krett and wife Joanne of Acme, and Jody M. Maund and husband George of Charleroi; grandson, Dylan M. Krett; and a sister, Patricia Smit of Riverview, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael J. Krett Jr. Visitation will be held Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183, with Prayers of Transfer at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 11a.m. at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Elmer Alforque as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Condolences accepted at the funeral home’s website, www.parzynskifuneralhome.com.
