A West Brownsville man is accused of fleeing the scene after striking a man riding his motorcycle on the Charleroi-Monessen bridge on Wednesday.

Tanner J. Boyle, 39, of Wilson Road is charged with aggravated assault, accidents involving death or injury while not licensed, aggravated assault by vehicle, intent to possess a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid, failure to notify police of an accident and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Boyle was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Joshua P. Kanalis in Centerville on Thursday and placed in the Washington County Correctional Facility.

Boyle was denied bail because of his involvement in multiple criminal cases, according to online court records.
