Edith ‘Edie’ Ostetrico – Donora, formerly of New Eagle

[et_pb_section][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text]Edith “Edie” Ostetrico, 86, of Donora, formerly of New Eagle died Sunday, May 19, 2019, in her home. She was born Jan. 3, 1933, in New Eagle, the daughter of Daniel and Anna Koffe Leezer.​ Edie retired with over 20 years of employment from the Monongahela Valley Hospital in the housekeeping department. She loved spending time with her dogs.​ She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Todaro and son, Mark Ostetrico and his wife Kelly, all of Rostraver Township; two grandchildren, Isaac Daniele and Allison Crumpler; brother, Paul Leezer, sister-in-law, Verlee Leezer, and special nephew, Ernie and his wife Stephanie Leezer, all of New Eagle; several other nieces and nephews.​ In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Becky Daniele; two sisters, Doris Duff and Katherine Mae Leezer; and three brothers, Daniel Leezer Jr., John and Ernest Leezer.​ Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2019, with the Rev. Mark Woomer officiating.
