Patricia A. Monoyoudis, 84, of White Oak, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019.  She was born in McKeesport on Dec. 13, 1934 and is the daughter of the late George and Elsie Peterson McAdoo. She is the wife of the late George Monoyoudis. She was employed by the city of McKeesport, where she served as the city administrator. She held the position of treasurer in 1976 and served in various capacities throughout the years. She was employed part-time at Compacting Tooling Inc. in Elizabeth. She was a member of the former McKeesport Symphony Board and the Jodie Matta-Dillinger Cancer Care Foundation at UPMC McKeesport. She was a McKeesport High School graduate and loved working on the reunion committee and was a member of the Friday Lunch Group. She is survived by her brother, John “Jack” McAdoo of White Oak; sister, Betty V. Ruccio of White Oak; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Lois McAdoo (James “Bud”) Figola. Family and friends will be received at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES INC., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131, Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, when services will be held in the funeral home chapel.
