Whitlock transfers to Belle Vernon Area

Devin Whitlock has withdrawn from the Monessen City School District and enrolled at neighboring Belle Vernon Area.
BVA athletic director Matt Humbert has confirmed that the talented freshman athlete and now-former Greyhound is enrolled at BVA.
“I’m not sure of the official date, but I do know that he is enrolled with the expectation of starting sometime this week,” Humbert said.
Whitlock burst onto the scene as a freshman with the Greyhounds football program, accounting for 2,166 yards and 22 total touchdowns.
