Chamber unveils new name, logo

“Something old is new again.”
That’s what Executive Director Gina Lynn said of the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce’s new identity — the Twin Rivers Chamber of Commerce.
“It was the Twin Rivers Chamber of Commerce that merged with the Rostraver Business Association in 2007 to form the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce,” Lynn said. “Fast forward to today and, although we have businesses in Rostraver, the majority of our partners are located in communities throughout a four-county service area.”
Lynn said the chamber office is within five miles of boundary lines for Westmoreland, Fayette, Washington and Allegheny counties. Her “daily travels” to visit members in all directions often include crossing both the Monongahela and Youghiogheny rivers, she added.
