Joanne Pro – Fredericktown, formerly of Monessen

Joanne Pro, 89, of Fredericktown, formerly of Monessen, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019, in Premier Washington Health Facility. Joanne was born in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Giovanni and Mary Debartolo Pro. Joanne had been a member of the former Most Holy Name of Jesus Christian Mothers and was an avid Bowler in various leagues. Surviving are her daughters, Bonnie McDonough of Charleroi, Mary Ann and husband Jim Beall of Long Branch; sons, John and Thomas Bogdan of Fredericktown, Ronald Angelo Pro and wife Olivia of Monessen; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several  nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, the Rev. Dr. John Paul Pro and Richard Thomas Pro; her companion, James McLaughlin; son, Cyril J. Bogdan; granddaughter, Jenny Marie Bogdan; and great-granddaughter, Zoe Griffith. The family would like to thank the staff of Premier Washington Health Facility and Viaquest Home Health and Hospice for the wonderful care that Joanne had received. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 10 to 11 a.m. the time of service on Monday, April 29, 2019.
