Commodores rebound against B-C

Coming off an uncharacteristic loss Tuesday to Carmichaels, Frazier softball coach Don Hartman admits his team was heartbroken. It was a game in which the Commodores felt Carmichaels didn’t win, but rather, they gave away thanks to five errors.
On Thursday, Beth-Center ended up having to deal with an angry Commodores team and was promptly dealt a 10-0 loss in five innings at Commodores Park.
“The biggest thing is I wanted to see them mentally bounce back,” Hartman said. “It’s obvious, they’re still a little heartbroken. These girls have been together for a long time. In volleyball and softball, they’re not used to losing. And I can handle a team coming out and beating us, but I can’t handle when we beat ourselves and these players can’t either.”
