TTOS set to honor top athletes, student

Each year, the Toast To Our Stars Club of North Charleroi honors the top students and athletes from the borough.
The tradition continues April 28 at 5 p.m. at the Charleroi Elks Club when the 69th annual Toast To Our Stars banquet will be held.
This year, an outstanding student and two outstanding athletes — a male and female — will be honored. Also acknowledged will be 11 other North Charleroi students.
TTOS is a non-profit organization dedicated to recognizing achievements of students in their community.
