Dempsey Welsh, 75, of Finleyville, passed away on April 17, 2019. He is survived by his daughter, Whitney Wright, and husband Scott of Belle Vernon; granddaughter, Brynleigh Wright; and care-giver and friend, Jennifer Caulkett. Dempsey was pre-deceased by his parents; wife, Sondra Rosnick Welsh; and fianceé, Theresa Holt Kalp. Funeral services are private and under the direc-tion of CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Joseph A.
