Frazier continued its dominant stretch of softball by clobbering 11 hits in an 11-1 victory over Charleroi in Section 3-2A play Thursday afternoon.

With the win, the Commodores (7-1, 5-1) extended their winning streak to five games, a span in which they are outscoring their opponents, 69-1.

“We were able to score early, get the balls in play there in the second inning, hit some nice shots, use our speed to get up four or five runs and rolled from there,” Frazier head coach Don Hartman said. “Overall I am pleased with our effort.”

Frazier’s hitters didn’t make things easy on Charleroi ace Kylie Quigley. Out of the 11 hits the Commodores compiled, six went for extra bases.
