Yolanda Greco Thornton – Carroll Township

Yolanda Greco Thornton, 102, of Carroll Township, died Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Residence at Hilltop. Yolanda was the last member of the large family of Luigi and Rosario Greco in Donora. She was most recently preceded in death by a sister, Rose Hughes; and brother, Louis Greco; along with her first grandson, Louis Thornton Oppenheim. Survivors include Gerry Paoly of Mentor, Ohio; daughter, Linda Galiffa and son-in-law Warren Galiffa of Bethel Park; grandsons, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Yolanda was often seen at the Donora Senior Citizens Center, Donora Library and walking the streets of town. In memory of Yolly, please read a book.
